GO AUTO’S RESPONSE TO COVID-19
The Whiteoak Service Department is opening on April 22 to serve you.
Thank you for your patience these past few weeks with the actions we’ve taken due to the current pandemic situation in Ontario. With the decision to open, our service operations will be limited to maintain strict COVID-19 protocols that protect the safety of customers and staff. Here is our new touchless service process that will be in effect:
Vehicle Drop-Off – upon arrival, please park and lock your car at the service entrance, fill out a Night Drop envelope from the box located by the entrance door and drop the envelope into the Night Drop slot
Vehicle Pick-Up – you will be notified when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Your vehicle will be parked in the lot located at the front of our service bay entrance. It will be locked with the key inside. You will need to bring a second key for entry to your vehicle. ***PLEASE ENSURE YOU TELL US IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A SECOND SET OF KEYS WHEN IN CONTACT WITH YOUR SERVICE ADVISOR ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT SO THAT WE CAN MAKE ALTERNATE KEY ARRANGEMENTS AND PREVENT A LOCK-OUT ISSUE***
Payment – payment for service must be made over the phone prior to picking up your vehicle (we accept all major credit cards). This can be done when your service advisor contacts you about your vehicle being ready for pick-up
Interior touch surfaces will be sanitized prior to your pick-up (includes door handles, seats, steering wheel, gear shift, key fob, and other areas as required)
We also are also providing winter Tire Swap service for customers that have their summer tires stored with us. If you are booking in for tire service, please ensure any wheel lock keys are left on the passenger seat when you drop off your vehicle.
First Responders and Medical Worker Program
All first responders and medical workers will receive priority. Please just let us know when you contact us to book-in for service.
Please choose one of the two ways to book service at Whiteoak Ford. Given the limited number of staff on-site, we are not receiving telephone calls at this time.

Amid ongoing concerns about COVID-19, I wanted to reach out and explain what we are doing here at Go Auto in response to the situation to ensure our dealerships are safe for customers and employees.
First, safety is our most important priority. We want you to be safe and we want our team to be safe. To this effect, we have implemented several enhanced cleaning protocols at all locations effective immediately. This includes increasing the frequency of complete facility cleaning and on-going sanitization throughout the day, focusing on all high use areas such as phones, desks, customer lounges and counter surfaces.
Secondly, we have provided in-depth information to all staff about the virus, procedures for detection and self-quarantine, instructions for sanitization and what our expectations are about maintaining a vigilant approach to protocols.
